• Account Credentials: We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and passwords used to sign up for InviteQuick.
• Event Data: To allow you to create invitations, we collect details related to your events, including titles, descriptions, dates, times, addresses/locations, and theme settings.
• Guest and RSVP Data: We collect names, emails, and phone numbers of guests you add to your events. We also collect RSVP choices, comments, and plus-one information submitted by guests on your invitation pages.
• User-Generated Content: Comments, reactions, and photos uploaded by hosts or guests onto the event galleries.

3. Device Permissions and Telemetry

When using the InviteQuick mobile application, we may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device:

• Camera Access: We request access to your device's camera to enable the QR code scanning check-in system for event hosts and staff on the day of the event.
• Push Notifications: We request permission to send you push notifications regarding RSVP updates, event schedule changes, countdowns, and co-host notifications. You can opt-out of these at any time in your device settings.
• Photo Library Access: We request access to your photos to allow you to upload images for your profile, customize invitation themes, or contribute to an event's shared photo gallery.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To Facilitate Account Creation and Logon: To manage user accounts and keep them secure.
• To Manage and Deliver Invitations: To generate unique invitation links and QR codes, and to transmit RSVP responses back to event hosts.
• To Send Administrative Communications: To send you product updates, security alerts, and support notifications.
• AI Services Integration: We utilize Google Gemini AI to offer smart invitation text suggestions and color palette matching. No personal data is used to train these models.
• Billing and Payments: Paid subscription plans (Pro features) and ticketing commissions are handled securely via Stripe. We do not store or process your credit/debit card data directly.

5. Data Deletion and Account Retention

We respect your control over your data. You have the right to request deletion of your account and any associated personal data at any time:

• You can delete your account directly within the application's Profile settings.
• Alternatively, you can email us a data deletion request at info@ruicodex.com.
• Upon receiving your request, all personal data, event lists, guest logs, and uploaded files will be permanently erased from our active databases within 30 days.
